Kiln firing service (Hove / Brighton & Hove)

• Supervised bisque + glaze firings

• Drop-off by arrangement

• Typical turnaround: 7 - 10 days (depending on kiln load)

Minimum charge

• £25 minimum per drop-off (quote confirmed before firing)

What we can fire

• Most common earthenware and stoneware clay bodies, provided you tell us the clay brand/body and firing range.

Requirements

• Pieces must be bone dry for bisque firings

• Work must be labelled

• Please provide clay + glaze firing temperature / cone / manufacturer details

• Unknown materials may be declined or require a test tile

Important

• All work is fired at the owners risk

• If a glaze run damages a kiln shelf, replacement costs may apply
